Exciting Highlights to Expect at the 2026 Winter Show at Park Avenue Armory

The 2026 Winter Show is making its much-anticipated return to the historic Park Avenue Armory in New York City. Set to open on January 23 and run through February 1, the 72nd edition promises an extraordinary showcase featuring a diverse array of dazzling jewels, iconic designs, rare antiques, and significant fine art from over 70 top-tier international dealers. This year’s event will not only offer a rich tapestry of artistic treasures but will also feature a robust lineup of programs and special events, including exclusive collaborations with prominent art institutions and cultural organizations, ensuring a unique experience of exploration and discovery.

Since its inception in 1954, the Winter Show has been a crucial fundraiser for East Side House Settlement. The Opening Night Preview and Young Collectors Night, scheduled for January 22 and 29, respectively, are among the key events supporting this organization, which provides essential educational and workforce development programs in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan.

Hellen Allen, the Executive Director of the Winter Show, emphasizes the event’s dual mission: “For 72 years, the Winter Show has served as a beacon of outstanding museum-quality works that inspire and engage audiences. Yet, it also plays a vital role in supporting East Side House and promoting educational opportunities that empower communities.”

Long-standing exhibitors returning to the fair include A La Vieille Russie, known for antique European jewelry and Fabergé; Ralph M. Chait Galleries, the oldest gallery in the U.S. specializing in Chinese porcelain and art; and Joan B Mirviss, a leader in Japanese modern and contemporary ceramics. Adding to the excitement, first-time participants like Galerie Cahn, Greg Pepin Silver, and Rose Uniacke will bring fresh perspectives with their focus on ancient art, Georg Jensen silver, and design from the 17th to 20th centuries, respectively.

Among the show’s most eagerly awaited features is the selection of Design Co-Chairs, who guide the fair’s creative vision. For 2026, the esteemed Co-Chairs are Noz Nozawa, Ben Pentreath, Jane Keltner de Valle, and Giancarlo Valle. Their role includes raising awareness for East Side House’s mission and fostering appreciation for the integration of historical and ancient art within modern architecture and design.

The Winter Show 2026 is scheduled to run from January 23 to February 1, offering not just a glimpse into the world of exquisite art and antiques but also a commitment to community enrichment through its ongoing support of East Side House Settlement.
